Ingredients

Milk - 300 ml.
Eggs - 2 pieces
Flour 500 gr.
Salt - 1/3 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • In a saucepan, combine milk with eggs, sugar and salt. Gradually add flour to make a batter like for pancakes.
  • We put the saucepan on a low heat and begin to warm up our dough with constant stirring. The dough will gradually begin to brew and thicken. When warming up, the dough may clump slightly, but this is not a problem.
  • When the dough thickens slightly, remove the saucepan from the stove and, adding flour, knead a dense elastic dough. It should not stick to your hands and cutting board. Cover the finished dough with a plate and leave for 20 - 30 minutes.
  • Filling:
  • Finely chop the peach and plum, grind it with sugar and you can stuff the dumplings))
  • Roll out and cut out a dumpling shape with a mug. After that, you can proceed to sculpting dumplings.
