Thin pancakes with fillings

Ingredients











Wheat flour4 tbsp. l.
(with a slide)
Warm milk0,5 l
Salt1 tsp
Sugar1 tbsp. l.
Rast. oil2 tbsp. l.
Egg4 things.
Potato starch4 tbsp. l.
(no slide)

Cooking method


  • The dough should be thin.
  • Put the dough to rest for 30-40 minutes. You can fry.
  • And I like the fillings:
  • 1. Cottage cheese + a little sour cream + vanilla sugar.
  • 2. Veal heart, boiled, minced and fried with onions. When frying, be sure to add 2-3 tbsp. l. broth in which the heart was boiled. The filling is juicy.
  • 3. Heart (boiled, minced) + mushrooms, fried with onions + chopped boiled eggs.

I took your pancakes into service, cooked more than 10 times already, this is one of the main (if not the main) recipe for my pancakes. Really thin, delicious! I always get compliments when I cook them!
