Fried potatoes with porcini mushrooms in a slow cooker

Ingredients

Dried porcini mushrooms large handful
Potato 1 kg
Onion 1 PC
Lean oil 2 tbsp. l.
Salt taste

Cooking method

  • Soak the mushrooms overnight, pouring boiling water over them. On the "Baking" mode, heat the oil and fry the onion in it until transparent. When the onion-mushrooms are fried, switch the slow cooker to the "Pilaf" mode, put the potatoes, salt, mix with the onion-mushrooms and close the lid, put on the table. While cooking, stirring is not necessary, but you can. At the end of the program, I leave on \ "heating \" for a while, so that the potatoes \ "get tired \".
