Well, I couldn't answer right away.
in general I am delighted
I tried programs - basic, French, whole grain, sweet, sandwich, I made just bread and with the addition of herbs, cheese, olives, I constantly prepare dough - dumplings, buns, for pizza. oh, I remembered - I also did it without yeast on sourdough.
I didn’t try to cook only - all the fast programs, they seem not natural to me, but maybe it’s hot when ...., as well as jam.
what I want to say, in my opinion, an ordinary bread maker, you can equate to any one if you wish.
At first I cooked bread in it only with powdered yeast, now I use only pressed ones.
at first, the French mode did not work, but the reason was not in the oven, but in a large amount of yeast, thanks to the girls on the forum, they helped to figure it out, it turned out not only in my oven the reason, in other models and brands of ovens this also happens!
what else - plus this oven - not such a high price!

Kristina
Can you bake a charlotte in it ??
aniramka
I cooked in it just cupcakes, and muffins from shop powders (ready-made mixes), and, of course, charlotte, and how else - now is the apple season!
it turns out very tender, I liked it more than from the oven!
and the apples are baked great!
Only now I will not try the baguette maker, I have a large family, and 4 baguettes are not enough for us, but if for a small family, then the buns will be wonderful!
aniramka
It's up to you to decide
whatever bread maker you take - it will be your assistant for a long time!
I am comfortable with this model, you will get used to any, and it is she who will be dear to you.
to my aunt on the other, I gave a generally simple one, for five programs, and 700 grams (for 2 pensioners, that's the thing),
I really like this one, I bake or knead every day, today I baked two rolls !!!!
in general the BREAD Maker is a good thing!
aniramka
And by the way, do not spend money on dry yeast - bake on raw!
everything turns out great!
hlebopek
aniramka! Put a photo of a bread from your C / P please, and tell us about the "+" and "-". Thanks in advance.
hlebopek
Tell me, how are you doing with the top crust?
aniramka
I always bake on the medium mode, in my opinion it is a little light, the other day the flour was changed, something was getting a bad rise, today I specially set a kneading dough - to see how it will behave, or look for the reason in yeast, in general with this in practice for the first time in several months

aniramka products are just SUPER! but during the operation of this particular model, only two questions arose, can you tell me something:
1. on the usual three-hour function, proving and baking "no" (all the same ingredients, the function "dough" then baking, everything is super!)
2. And who can tell you the recipe (100% correct) for the manti dough, and will the device work ?!
hlebopek
list all the modes C / P, I will tell you!
Pinky
1. main
2.french
3.whole grain
4.fast
5.I don’t remember (I don’t use it at work) in my opinion sweet
6 and 7 ultrafast
8! dough
9. jam
10.cake
11.sandwich
12! baking
"!" - those that I use all the time! I cooked buckwheat (for a long time) successfully, but quite a long time ago (I don't remember the result, in my opinion it is positive) rice in milk, i.e. porridge
hlebopek
porridge in C / P ???
Pinky
AHA! and easy! on the jam function! He's stirring!
aniramka
I mix all kinds of dough in it!
everything works out
dough for manti - how is it different from dumplings? cheburek?
I always do everything by eye, even in a bread maker, even in a multicooker
maybe this is not right, BUT!
I lay what is -
egg, usually 2
kefir, yogurt, or whey
vegetable oil, refined.
salt
flour
what - how many I will not say in grams - just look there and that's it
I have a standard mug-seeder for flour - there are riski - that's what I'm guided by)))))
there are many dough recipes on the site, look at the latest, and at the same time popular, there are also pictures of how to wrap them beautifully!

about cereals - cook them in a cartoon!

about the ascent ... I don't know - this time I have some kind of not very successful flour, but I got used to it ...
rises well
sometimes (after reading about the fact that in Panasonic it is longer) I start the program after the program, or just over again ..... well, I sit at home with the children, I can afford to poke around in it!
I think a lot depends on the initial temperature of the products!
sometimes I take everything out of the refrigerator and bring some dough, but they also need room temperature
Pinky
I'm afraid I can't afford a cartoon, or rather, her husband won't allow me, I've been trying to persuade me to use the dishwasher for two years, but about all the kitchen bells and whistles it takes a long time to mature! but by the way, the question is: studying, in passing, multicooker, I still did not understand, do they have a blade or do they need to stir themselves? and I don't see much difference between a stove and a cartoon, the same principle: heat it up!
aniramka
Irinka, just now noticed - we are also fellow countrymen))))
cartoon and you can find cheap)))
there is no blade, there is nothing special to interfere there)))

I've made baguettes a couple of times! They turned out cool, I also watched the video (before I begged for the stove) how to put baguettes correctly and beautifully, since they turned out like store-bought ones, super!
Natalia +
Can I ask you to write the dimensions of the stove? Thank you.
aniramka
height, length - 35
width 25
it's about the stove ... a box on the street and instructions are also somewhere))))))
in my opinion it is compact

Hurrah! I am the owner of a wonderful, just a miracle of a bread machine !!!
I read everyone and about all the bread makers ... I realized one thing ... first of all, that the soul asks ... the soul asked naturally with a baguette holder, because my oven is not important and the baked pies just dry in it ...
The bread turned out wonderful, the pies (although I had no doubts) are excellent !!!
Hell and fast, everything turned out as described in the instructions, a little denser texture. The only thing I faced was the lack of the necessary flour. But for now I am getting out of the top grade (my husband likes this more), and I buy ready-made mixtures on rye
Take the stove, you won't regret it !!!
As an ancient baker (oh, and I love this business), I want to note that the problems are mainly in the dough when kneading it, yeast and wholemeal flour. I haven't encountered others yet
I'll post photos of the first loaves later)))
snegir
We have a special offer in our city now, when buying it is xp, a vegetable dryer is a gift (price 3500).
It's very tempting ... Considering that my Mula 5002 died on the campaign, I think about this option ..
But I have more need not so much for bread as for kneading, shivering, unleavened, etc. dough for pies ... Tell me, what is the approximate maximum weight of the finished dough you can get here?
aniramka
I have from one kneading dough - it just goes out on a baking sheet of buns, or pies, or on a full steam cooker-mantover pianseshek
complete optima for me
I don't know how much it weighs, but about 700-900 grams for sure
(baking sheet is not small)
snegir
thanks) It's just a little strange for us now to buy hp with 1 stirrer and a smaller volume)
Samanata)
Please tell me, can you bake rye bread in this HB?
Irink @
Samanata) Of course, you can bake rye bread, I get delicious!

fresh in the book is written approx. 600 gr.output, I did not check it by weight, but according to the book recipe it was mixed into dumplings just fine
TaYaN
Tell us in more detail, please, on which program you bake rye bread.
I chose this HP as a gift, bought a baguette maker and a rye bread program, but it’s not really there.
The recipe book contains only the ultra-fast option. I don't really want to. And the mixer should be a scallop for rye dough.
Advise, experienced bakers, how to get out!
Irink @
TaYaN, if there is time, I bake rye bread on the third program (whole grain), and if there is not so much of it, then on the first (main)
Yesterday I baked Borodino bread for the first time ... it turned out
did not understand how to insert pictures ...
TaYaN
Yeah, thanks, I thought so. It's just that the bread was not entirely successful: I had to add flour and restart the program ... At the 3rd baking.
Well, nothing, still edible.

the bread was not entirely successful: I had to add flour and restart the program ...
by the way ... I did that until the bun stopped sticking to my hands
and still the roof fell slightly at the end ...
Yesterday I experimented with wheat-rye, added a little (2 tbsp. L) buckwheat honey and 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
the bread turned out to be very soft, the crust is thin and the very lightest roof did not fall, it rose like a dome !!!
And there are also a lot of holes in the back of this bread maker, I covered them with a towel, because I have cotton on the stool by the window and it pulls a little cold out of it ... the result exceeded all my expectations
aniramka
LAST TIME THE BREAD HAS BEEN SOMETHING UNSUCCESSFUL ... FOR A LONG TIME ... I DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO STEEL
IN THE TOTAL - CHANGED YEAST - - and everything fell into place - the bread is again under the ceiling - high porous!
in general - that's where the dog rummaged
(otherwise I have already started sinning on the stove)

aniramka Tell me. what size it has, and then here, on the first page of "Characteristics" are given the following dimensions:
Width, mm 290
Depth, mm 370
Height, mm 280
I want to hope that yours are correct, because I want a smaller stove. I was already making noise with the choice
Another question, how much is a 700g loaf? Twice the size of the store? Forgive me for asking such nonsense, but I can’t even imagine and my friends have no HP .. I wanted to buy a stove for 700g, so they are not on sale all over the Internet now
I saw Beanaton, they write that it is compact .. so I want to know - how much ...
And, if possible, show me. her in the interior, well, so that you can compare with something ... with a teapot or with a micro ... well, at least to present her in your kitchen. I went to the store (I wanted to see it live), there is no one yet in those. magician.
I will be very grateful to you!

Tell me, is the stove heavy?

aniramka Tell me. what size it has, and then here, on the first page of "Characteristics" are given the following dimensions:

Height, mm 280
flipped through the booklet now - the instruction ... well, I did not find the sizes in it ... only recipes
therefore, I think that they (from the first page) are still correct, after all, I wrote approximately, without even measuring with a ruler, by eye, as they say
CONSIDERING THAT THE DIFFERENCE WITH MY THERE IS A PAIR OF THREE CM (WELL, EXCEPT HEIGHT)))))) ... IF IT IS SO SIGNIFICANT FOR YOU, then of course it's better to see her live and try on ...

in the opinion of the owner of a stove with an experience of six months - it is better to have a stove for more bread, you can always reduce it ... but not increase it! but I speak from the point of view of the owner of a large family!
I REPEAT - I have enough dough from one kneading for one sheet to cook up pies or buns, the leaf is not small, but enough for us just for a day

it is smaller than a microwave, but more than a multicooker .... a cartoon and a bread maker are on the dishwasher (but I also have a big one))))) and there is still free space .... but there is no free space from the microwave on the washer .. .. I don’t know how else to explain .....
I saw a lot of bread machines in the store ..... in my opinion it is COMPACT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

heavy !!!!! but don't carry her
Umochka
Thank you so much! I realized. I will try to see her alive .. otherwise she seems big to me .. she is bigger than my coffee machine .. I don’t know to put such a big one .. On the other hand, her capabilities and budget price ...

Girls, can anyone post a photo of HP in the interior?

ZySy Everyone is already exhausted. In general, I'm not afraid of technology, I choose and buy everything myself .. and here ... some kind of gag ...

Bread maker Binatone BM 1168
Natasha, photo sideways, sorry, but there was no time to redo!
in general, I put 2 cans for comparison with a specialist, since they are in the foreground - they look a little larger, in fact they take up less space - by 5-7 cm than the oven, when viewed from the front ...
I am not agitating you for this mozhdel, I am just writing again - it suits me!
Cartman
Good day!
I bought Mom this Binaton BM-1186 Bread Maker
I immediately heard a bunch of questions from Mom)))
She baked simple bread with a bang, and when she began to invent something, something already went wrong.
Please advise where you can find recipes for this model, there are a lot of them on the forum, but as I understood they are different for different stoves.
It’s baking that interests me, we figured out how to mix it up.
Yours faithfully
Sergei.

Cartman All recipes are universal and suitable for any HP

Strange, I thought everyone had different programs, including kneading time, baking time, temperature regime.

Or was I wrong about that?
sazalexter
Cartman In fact, it is only important to choose a recipe by the weight of flour that is close to your modes, for example, we bake a recipe for 450 g of flour on a mode of 500 g, 600 g of flour per 750 g, something like this, basic, whole grain (dietary) modes are found in almost all HP, and most importantly read the comments members of the forum! They can be very important as recipe amendments!
Marina YR
Girls, owners of 1168, so I looked after this HP for myself, now I'm tormented by the question: how do you like your baguettes? Have you regretted taking the baguette holder? Weren't you afraid to take an inexpensive Chinese brand? The combination of price and functions attracts me very much, persuade me, eh ?!
Irink @
Marina YAR! And I did the right thing !!! I liked the baguettes taking the recipe for buns from the attached recipe book! And she baked her pies in a baguette holder ... for a small family to eat 1.5 times
Marina YR
I have a problem here with a small family - we have four children plus my husband and I. But this is even good, we will get less, do not get fat. Although it’s not a problem at all to put the bookmark twice. I leave for school for secondary school - in 1 minute I throw food on the dough into xp, arrived - everything is ready, I took out the dough and twisted it for 5 minutes of pies or buns, only 6 minutes and fresh baked goods are varied every day, easy and tasty.
aniramka
Marina, congratulations on your purchase!
I recently made baguettes .... just baguettes, from ordinary dough, even for pies, even for bread ... it turned out nothing ugly, we have a family like yours, there are not enough baguettes, so I prefer just kneading and baking already in the oven - in time it turns out less troubles - and you don't spend so much electricity))))))

about recipes - nussss the most important thing is to observe the ratio of water and flour !!!!!!!
at first I did it strictly according to recipes, now everything is on the machine - ON THE EYE - I poured it in, poured it in)))))

by the way - try the potato bread !!!!!! impresses me!
Marina YR
Ha! Potato is one of the favorites! In second place after French bread.

About baguettes - I have to dance next to them in the oven, but I like this: if he squeaks, I'll come. For this and the multicooker I adore That you also don't need to follow this.

When tomorrow, wow, I'll try it !!!!!
Marina YR
I had buns and sausages in my oven yesterday.

I still want a baguette maker ....:
Marina YR
I have never made black bread - I'm terribly afraid of it and I look at how much I need to buy - some kind of malt, etc. - horror.

And I have been baking since 15 years. In recent years, however, only HP kneads the dough, almost every day. So she drove her - she broke. Now I will try the new model. Moreover, the new Binatone BM 1168 will be with a baking mode and for black bread, as I understand it?
Marina YR
Girls who make the baguettes, tell me - I'm sitting here studying the instructions ... What, I downloaded the dough in the Dough mode, then it is formed into trays, comes up and turns on the BAKING mode? That is, there is no special mode for baguettes?
