Ingredients

Wheat flour, premium 600 g
Chicken egg 2 pcs
Vegetable oil 1.5 tbsp. l.
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Sugar 3 tbsp. l.
Active dry yeast 1.5 tsp.
Hard cheese + 5 peeled walnuts 90 g
Whey + potato broth 50/50 380 * ml

Cooking method

  • Load the sifted flour and other ingredients according to the instructions for the oven.
  • The volume of liquid is 380 ml - with eggs! That is, we break them into a measuring tank and add the whey with the broth to the mark. Potato broth - this means the water that is drained after cooking potatoes, so to speak, a waste of production)
  • Whey and broth can be added in any proportions, or even replaced with water. The taste will simply not be as interesting, but the bread will still be excellent.
  • Cut the cheese into cubes, peel the nuts, but do not crush them, put them in a dispenser or add on a signal.
  • I bake according to the main program. In the photo - bread with a weight setting of 1 kg, medium crust.

Note

The amount of cheese and nuts can be added to taste. I have what is on the photo - the maximum capacity of the dispenser. But you should not overdo it, because you may then have to add liquid on a spoon.
I bread the cheese with nuts in flour a little so that it does not stick to the walls of the dispenser.

The amount of additives should be reasonable so that after adding the contents of the dispenser, the bun remains in the desired condition:

There is no need to be afraid that the nuts will be hard, they soften during the baking process, and are easily cut with a knife along with the pulp of the bread.
