Kulich Pyaterochka!

Ingredients

OPARA
warm milk 500gr
sugar 100gr
flour c. from. 100gr
yeast pres. 50gr
DOUGH
sugar 150gr
oil drain. 250gr
medium egg 5 pieces
salt 2.5 tsp
flour c. from. 1kg 400gr
vanilla sugar 0.5 pack
orange zest 1.5 tsp
raisins 250gr.
vegetable oil 50g.

Cooking method

  • We make dough from flour, milk, yeast and sugar.
  • Kulich Pyaterochka!
  • Once, after raising the dough, we set it down and on the next rise, knead the dough.
  • Add sugar, eggs, vanilla sugar, orange zest (or whoever likes what), flour, salt to the dough and mix. I mix with a silicone spatula. Then I add a slightly melted sl. oil. And now I'm kneading with my hands. We put the dough in a warm place. Grease the top with vegetable oil and slightly mix it into the dough. The weight of the dough without raisins is 2kg 500g.
  • Kulich Pyaterochka!
  • Let the bun come up and add the washed and dried raisins.
  • Kulich Pyaterochka!
  • We mix. We wait....
  • It came up. We crush.
  • Came up - we lay out in forms (1/3 of the dough). I have been baking in enamel mugs for about 25 years now. Inside with a silicone brush I grease with vegetable oil and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Pasches do not stick.

  • After approach, we bake in a cool oven.
