Ingredients

Milk 1 l
Eggs 8 pcs.
Butter or margarine 200 g
Sour cream 250 g
Sugar 1 kg
Yeast 150 g
Flour 2 Kg
Vegetable oil 100 g
For glaze:
Egg whites 2 pcs.
Sugar or sugar. powder 1 tbsp.

Cooking method

  • The dough is made on dough: 2/3 milk, yeast, 3 tbsp. l. sugar, flour like pancakes.   • Bake until tender (you can check with a toothpick) Grease the finished cakes with icing and sprinkle with decorations. For the glaze, beat the whites with sugar.
