Note

I have been baking this recipe for many years, I read it in some magazine. Several times I tried to bake according to other recipes, but I invariably returned to this - the pastries come out very tasty!

Vasilissa
izumka, thanks for the recipe! Well, oh-oh-very tasty pasochki!
izumka
Vasilissa,
Kirks
izumka, and what consistency should the dough be when you put it into molds? And how long to knead?
Tumanchik
izumka, what a good recipe! sorry there is no cutter. please describe the crumb structure
izumka
Tumanchik, Irisha, I will definitely make a cut this year. For me and my family, it is still the most delicious, sweetest, with the structure of a kulich (pasochki, as we say), plump, very rich. This year I will bake half the norm, my daughter and family cannot come now, only my husband and I and the son's family are left.

Cake for a sweet tooth
Yesterday I baked a completely lazy version. Knead a quarter of the norm in HP. Some were baked in a cartoon, right in paper tins, and some in the oven. The bottom is slightly burnt in the oven (everything burns in it), but in the cartoon they turned out wonderful.
Immediately the sample was removed - excellent pasochki! I will repeat it today.

I forgot to say that I used dry yeast. A quarter of the norm - 9 gr. yeast.
izumka
Vasilissa, just wonderful! Smart girl! And thanks for experimenting with paper forms in the cartoon. And by the way, they are much tastier in a day or two! But you and your ogloediks are unlikely to last so long. Is that the second batch

Irishkinahow beautiful! I really hope you enjoy the taste!

Irishka, what a beauty! Nah, I'm not capable of that! I need something simpler for the basket in the church, so that nothing is crumpled or smeared. And you have just works of art!

I need something simpler for a basket in the temple
here I also lit the right one. it is not smeared and covered well with a towel. the people wondered and looked at the basket. and those who were standing next to them said pleasantries)))
and the other two went to gifts for their beloved neighbors. and the largest was cut lengthwise and frozen. We are already eating half. decorated under a log. and the second is still waiting in the wings! delicious!
izumka
And your right one is decorated with ready-made sugar flowers? Or did you do it yourself from mastic? And the roses are like cream ... MB? Or oil?
Tumanchik
flowers from a waffle. purchased as well as leaves. and roses .. beauty from mastic through molds. a gift from our forum!

he covered it with sugar fudge several times and dipped it in yellow sugar. it turned out such a strong crust)))) I will take note. easy to transport. and keeps well under this hat
izumka
And I really liked the icing with gelatin. It does not crumble at all, it is well cut and easy to do. I don’t do any more protein.

And what about yellow sugar? Paint? Or is it ready somewhere?

I'm used to sugar cake. I cook it a lot in advance, so that later I can only warm it up.
And I also cook a cream for the Dance for a day or two. and then I lay it out on roller bags and keep it in the cold. then it's easier for me to make flowers. I adore decorations from these flowers.
