Ingredients

Dough:
Milk 300g.
Salt 1 \ 2h. l.
Sugar 2h l.
Fresh yeast 15g.
Wheat flour 400g.
For filling:
Butter (margarine) 100-150g.
Cheese 150g.
For lubrication:
Egg 1 PC.
Sesame

Cooking method

  • Grind yeast with sugar, pour into a bucket of HP. There is also milk. Top with flour, salt. Dough mode (1.5 hours). The gingerbread man should not be cool.
  • After a lapse of time, put the dough on the table. Divide into 12 parts, roll each into a bun, and roll each bun into a saucer-sized cake.
  • Grate cheese on a coarse grater. Melt butter (margarine). Dip each cake into melted warm margarine, sprinkle with grated cheese and overlap in a greased (margarine) mold (I have d24cm):

  • Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place to rise for 30 minutes.
  • Brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds before baking.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 200C for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

1. Even at 400g. flour 250g. milk was not enough. The dough was very tight. I had to crush another 50g. milk.
2.10g. dry yeast replaced by 15g. fresh. Although according to the rules it was necessary to put 10x3 = 30g. Well, a hand did not rise by that amount.
3. Added proofing of the dough. In the original, it was necessary to form the cakes immediately after kneading.
4. Added cheese to the filling.

shl. I also wanted to draw attention to one nuance. When baking, if there is a lot of oil, it begins to boil, pour out of the mold and smoke. Therefore, you must either take a form with high sides, or drain the excess oil before baking.
