"Delicate" cottage cheese casserole with peach (Panasonic SR-TMH10)

Ingredients

Homemade cottage cheese 500g.
Eggs 3 pcs.
Sour cream 20% 3st. l.
Sugar 100g.
Soda 1h l.
Semolina 70g.
Kefir 100g.
Canned peaches 1b. (425g.)

Cooking method

  • Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites into a stable foam.
  • Pour the semolina with kefir, let it brew for 5 minutes, so that the cereal absorbs the kefir and swells.
  • Mix soda with sour cream.
  • Beat the cottage cheese and yolks. I did it in a combine. Continuing to beat, add sugar, semolina, sour cream. The consistency should be uniform, the more tender the mass is, the more airy the casserole will be.
  • Inject proteins carefully.
  • Add chopped peach. Mix. The dough will be like liquid sour cream.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased saucepan. Baking mode 60 + 30 minutes.
  • Wait 10 minutes after the end of the program. Then open the lid and leave the casserole to cool.

  • Actually, this dish can be called a casserole with a stretch. Rather curd soufflé. Very delicate taste !!!!

Note

The recipe is taken from here 🔗 with my changes

The casserole can also be baked in the oven.

Omela
Today, cold with sour cream, I liked it even more !!!
Crochet
Mistletoehow are you on time! I just have cottage cheese with a scanty shelf life ... oops ... but there are no peaches I ate something... and maybe without peaches it will be good ... in, I remembered, I have pineapples (in jars) as shoe polish, can we compensate them for peaches?
Omela
Crochet , you can and without anything !!! I also did half the can while htoy then gobbled up, so I have them purely symbolic!

Mistletoe

It remains to wait until they turn on the water for me (they arrange a rehearsal before the summer shutdown, in the morning it is neither cold nor hot) and I will bake ...
Omela
Crochet , good luck!
Lozja
Thanks for the recipe! I wanted to ask - will the frozen / defrosted peaches go?
Omela
Lozja , are suitable, only naturally dried!
Sonadora
OmelaThank you very much.
Casserole turned out - delicious !!! Delicious and tender!

The peaches and my full complement did not live up to cooking, they crushed my parasites half a can. Next time I will guard.
Omela
Sonadora, what a casserole!

gee .. do they agree?

Thank you for reminding. I'll do it tomorrow!

I bake for the 5th time and eat everything myself. I tried it with raisins, strawberries and apples. With "wet" fruits it is tastier, juicier or something. I cut it into pieces, store it in the far corner of the refrigerator so as not to steal it. Thank you very much.
Omela
Lubasha , great !!! Glad you liked it!! Can you share a photo ??
Lubasha
as soon as I bake the next one. While the previous one is enough for two days. I just can't eat everything. For example, my body does not accept the popular cheesecake. And this casserole goes with a bang. And I simplified the cooking process: I put everything in the combine (except for semolina with kefir - they "infuse" together. Then I pour them into the combine and after an hour (65 minutes) + 15 for cooling the bastard ........ Well, just I can't tear myself away.
Omela
Lubasha , wait!
Luysia
And if instead of canned peaches we put "live" bananas?

Well, there are no peaches in my pantry.

Luysia-chka
Why not, then ?! Cottage cheese with bananas goes great! I most often add banana to curd casseroles, and I add banana to the filling for the cheesecakes!
Luysia
Tiny, !

I'm going to cut bananas!
Omela
Luysia , you can do it without anything at all !!
Omela
Today I did it in a hurry: beat eggs with sugar, continuing to beat, added everything else. The semolina was soaked in kefir for literally 5 minutes. Plus raisins. The dough turned out like liquid sour cream, I thought that it would not be baked. The structure is slightly denser, but the taste

Omela , brought a thank you from her daughter.

I liked the recipe.

Girls! Save! I bake for the second time - it doesn't work Wet and that's it! I do it according to the recipe, maybe some kind of cottage cheese is not like that?
Cook

What do you bake in and how long does it take?

Bree , definitely cottage cheese. What is yours? I do it all the time. I even tried it in the oven, but did not like it, it turns out a little dry.
Cook

Maybe add some starch?
qjl
Omela, and you bake in what? In a multicooker? And I only have an electric oven, what should I do then? (you say that the casserole turns out to be dry in the oven)
Omela
Yes, you can add starch for viscosity!

qjl , I baked 1 \ 2 portions in the oven, and the form was wide. As a result, it turned out to be low. And in time, apparently, overexposed. Therefore, make a full serving, take the appropriate dish and bake at 180C. Everything should work out! Good luck!
Bree
I took all the advice into account. I will finish it off. I have a special relationship with cottage cheese - neither cheese cakes nor casseroles work ...
Dana
I got used to the consistency, when you interfere, determine a lot of moisture or the norm. Then I just add semolina. Not soaked. It swells during cooking. And the problem with the peach ... I pulled it out of the jar, how it smells, let me try it a little, well, my casserole came out with ....... black currant. There were no pets myself and devoured ate

Dana , 🔗 the same garbage !!!! The son of the current can see, count the casserole without peaches. So now I do it late at night so that no one is around !! And in the morning with sour cream !!!

Bree , finish it off !!!! 🔗

Ksyusha, was 60 minutes for baking not enough / not enough?

Wait 10 minutes after the end of the program. Then open the lid and leave the casserole to cool.
I understand correctly, do you keep the casserole in a saucepan until it cools completely?
iiirrraaa
I had the same problem: that is, it turned out not a casserole, but a peach-curd dessert, despite the increase in the cooking time in a slow cooker. And the cottage cheese is not to blame, another casserole recipe is "made".

BUT the taste is great. Ate instantly !!!

Ying, now I don't even open the saucepan, I immediately add another 30 minutes. I came to this empirically. After an hour of baking, I opened it and looked, the consistency was liquid. I leave it in the pan because I do it mostly late in the evening in the morning. Theoretically, you can get it right away.
Cook

When the casserole is cooked (60 + 20/30 minutes), it is necessary to leave it on the heating for about 10 minutes. Then turn off the heating and leave the casserole in the saucepan until it cools completely (you can remove the warm one). Then she does not fall. It is advisable not to open the MV.

I apologize for interrupting.

Ksyushik, sunshine, well, what a blessing for you, I'm going to tell you tonight, I'll deal with the current with mushrooms (shob them ...) and start a casserole ...

Olenka, and in a closed cartoon the casserole is not tavos ... will it damp?
Cook

Innus, no, it does not damp, everything is a bunch.

While it stands in the air and cools down, all excess moisture leaves.

This is how it turns out:

It's in the cuckoo. Hell in Supra, it turned out great too.

Ying, I have a Panasonic. A couple of times I stayed completely in a closed MV all night. There was a lot of moisture. I did not like. Now I try not to do it all the same. I leave it with the lid open.
Crochet
Ksyusha, that's why I asked, once at the beginning of mastering the multicooker, following the advice in the recipe, I left the casserole to cool under a closed lid, opened it in the morning ... and she ... the casserole ... all so fucking ... wet, wet ... since then I have never done that again ...

Thank you for your responsiveness !!!
Cook

Innus, leave overnight, not worth it. A few hours are enough.

Omela, thanks for the delicious casserole: rose: I baked it last night, and in the morning there was nothing to drink with coffee, they ate it all. It turned out very juicy and tender inside. True, I baked for 90 minutes, then it thickened in the middle. No photo, I'm not friends with this

I sit and choke on saliva. : girl_cray: There is no current for Kifir, can I dilute a little with milk ?? I found strawberries of my own ice cream, I must try to bake with it.
Omela
AnechkaAnyutk, I have never done it with milk. Better on yogurt. You need an acidic environment.
AnechkaAnyutk
I'm a terrible mother, I stole agUSHKU yogurt from a child for this business
