Ingredients

Mixed minced meat 300-400 g
Buckwheat (boiled) 150-200 g
Egg 2 pcs
Cheese 70-100g
Onion 1 PC
Cream 50 ml
salt taste
pepper taste
spice taste

Cooking method

  • Minced meat was mixed with onion, egg and cream, adding spices, salt, pepper.
  • I added an egg, cheese to boiled buckwheat
  • I put everything in the Cuckoo's bowl in layers, buckwheat, meat, buckwheat. I cooked on the Oven mode for 25 minutes. Then I decided to fall asleep with cheese and in AG for 5 minutes

Note

The cheese is baked on top. Delicious !!! my are happy. Delicious, fast and satisfying. Labor costs are minimal.
