Ingredients

Potato broth 200 ml
Milk (3.8%) 100 ml
Egg 1 piece
Flour 450 g
Semolina 50 g
Instant Oatmeal 5 table. spoons
Salt 1 tea the spoon
Gluten (Panifarin) 1 table. the spoon
Butter (margarine) 50 g

Cooking method

  • Here, without false modesty, I baked a masterpiece, honestly!
  • Crumble the yeast to the bottom of the bucket, cover with sugar, pour in the liquid with the egg, add semolina, flour, gluten, oatmeal, salt, oil.
  • Dough mode -22 min. heating, kneading, 1 hour 5 min. climb. After the signal about the end of the program, let the dough rise to the edge of the bucket (about another 30 minutes). Knead the finished dough in the "kneading" mode, grease your hands with oil, cut into two loaves, pierce in several places with a toothpick and leave to stand in the oven at t ° 30 °. Without removing from the oven (just open the door and slightly pull out the baking sheet with the loaves) sprinkle with water and bake for 30 minutes 15 minutes. at t ° 200 ° and 15 min. at t ° 180 °.
  • The dough showed funky bubbles and came up so that my loaves stuck to the walls of the oven!
  • And the crust! And how springy! And delicious food!

I am the lucky owner of a benneton. She put loaves in it. But before I got this form, I was steaming and baking the loaves in a form that I personally formed from a rectangular grill dish (made of thick foil). The dish was covered with baking paper. It turned out just as well.
