Rye flour.

Dry yeast 2 tsp
Apple cider vinegar 10-15 g
Kvass wort 2 tbsp. l.
Additives -
1 tsp ground coriander
+0.5 tsp ground caraway seeds,
or 2 tbsp. l. dry dill.

Cooking method

  • Program No. 13 - kneading dough 1h 25min. then the dough is brewed for 1 hour 30 minutes. - 2h. and baking for an hour. And here's some bread for you.

Now I will put less, otherwise the dough really runs away. And I will take less water, otherwise I had to add not 50 grams of flour, but 150 grams.
