Meat terrine mixed with pistachios (Cuckoo 1054)

Ingredients

Minced chicken 500 g
Ground beef 200 g
Turkey fillet 1 breast 300 g
Peeled pistachios 50 g
Cream or milk 100 ml.
Potato starch 2st. spoons
Chicken egg 2 pcs.
Large onion 1 PC.
Salt, pepper, and any seasonings you like taste

Cooking method

  • Peel the onion, chop it coarsely and put in a chopper, eggs, milk, starch there.
  • Beat everything until the onion is completely chopped and a fluffy egg mixture is obtained.
  • The minced meat was also additionally chopped, combined with an onion-milk-egg mixture.
  • I cut the turkey breast into small pieces.
  • We clean the pistachios - grind them, but not into flour, but into such large pieces, I did it with a knife.
  • I connected everything and into a Kenwood bowl, whipped everything with a K-shaped nozzle, until a magnificently tender state.
  • I did it in silicone molds, fill the form with the mixture, hit the table a couple of times so that, if possible, all the voids are filled.
  • Cooked on turbo steam mode for 15 minutes
  • Part of it was done in AG.
