  • 1 egg + 200 ml milk + water up to the 252 ml mark.
  • 0.7 tsp yeast
  • 270 g wheat
  • 90 g barley flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1.5 tbsp honey
  • 20 g butter

Note
