Caramel cake

Ingredients

The foundation:
butter 200gr
powdered sugar 4st. l.
peanut 200gr
shortbread 500gr
milk 1.5 st.
cocoa 3st. l.
Cream:
eggs 3 pcs
sugar 200gr
dull 200ml
flour 3st. l.
margarine (I took butter) 200gr
Glaze:
chocolate 200gr
water 2st. l.
butter 50gr
peanut 100gr

Cooking method

  • Grind the cookies in a blender (you can use a meat grinder), mix with cocoa, sugar. powdered and roasted chopped nuts. Add softened butter and milk. Knead thoroughly until smooth. Cover the form (I took a baking sheet 20/30) with paper and smooth the whole mass there. Leave in the cold for 2-3 hours.

  • Pour sugar into a saucepan with thick walls and heat it over low heat until a caramel mass is formed. Mix flour, eggs and milk separately. Pour this mixture over the caramel. Let it boil and cook until creamy. Cool and beat with butter. put this cream on top of the chilled crust.

  • Melt the chocolate separately with water and butter. Pour over and sprinkle with chopped roasted nuts. Keep cold until serving. Cut into cakes.

Note

Delicious cake. The bottom cake turned out to be very soft. It seemed to me that the recipe indicated a lot of milk. But the taste is simply divine, so soft ...
