Vegetable pancakes

Ingredients

potatoes 2 pcs
carrot 1 PC
green onion 150 g
vegetable broth 1/2 cup
egg 1 PC
olive oil (for frying)
salt, pepper, seasoning to taste

Cooking method

  • Boil the potatoes "in their uniforms" and, after peeling them, grate them. Cut carrots into strips, onions into rings and simmer vegetables in broth for 3 minutes. Then take out the vegetables, combine with potatoes, rub, salt, pepper and stir with a beaten egg. Put the resulting mass in a preheated pan in small portions and fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
