Casserole with cutlets, potatoes and cherry tomatoes.

Ingredients

bulb 1 PC
minced meat 600 g
eggs 4 things
breadcrumbs 50 g
salt, ground pepper
vegetable oil 2 tbsp / l
boiled potatoes in their skins 500 g
Cherry tomatoes 100 g
green onions 1 bundle
sour cream 200 g
cream 150 ml
grated cheese 100 g
paprika

Cooking method

  • Peel and chop the onion. Mix 1 egg and breadcrumbs with meat, season with salt and pepper. Form 24 cutlets from the mass and fry in oil for 6 minutes.
  • Peel the potatoes, cut into rings and put them together with the patties in a greased baking dish. Add the tomatoes, cut into halves.
  • Mix sour cream with cream, 3 eggs and finely chopped green onions. Season with salt and pepper, season with paprika. Pour the mixture over the food in the form, sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
