Mannik with black currant (multicooker Perfezza)

Ingredients

semolina 1 cup (250 ml)
kefir 1 glass
eggs 3 pcs.
sugar 1 glass
butter or margarine 100 g
flour 1 glass
soda 0.5 tsp
black currant (can be frozen)

Cooking method

  • The inspiration for this recipe was the manna found here - 🔗
  • Mix semolina with kefir and leave overnight.
  • Beat eggs with sugar, add melted margarine or butter, flour with soda and last of all semolina and kefir.
  • Pour part of the dough into a multicooker bucket, pour black currant on top (you can ice cream, you don't need to defrost it) and pour the remaining dough on top.
  • Since the PR-56 model does not have a baking mode, we used the CRISPY RICE mode. There were two countdown trips. The approximate baking time is 30 minutes.
  • Allow the manna to cool completely in the cartoon, only then pull it out.
  • This manna turns out to be tall, tasty and very beautiful!

Note

I also want to add to my recipe that I did a double portion, for many people at once, the mannichek turns out to be tall and very, very tasty!

Hello, I prepared a manna according to your recipe: really delicious, tall and lush! Like a real biscuit. Instead of currants, I put frozen strawberries and baked in the oven in a biscuit mold under the lid (at 180 degrees C for about 50 minutes). Thank you very much for the recipe, great !!!

orianaThank you for the recipe !!!!! it turned out very tasty!
... only now I was afraid to put more currants ... and it's a pity that I made only one norm ...)))

Olka44,
to your health! I am very glad that you liked it!
I now do it all the time, but I don’t need a lot of berries, because they can sink to the bottom and burn a little.
Thank you for your "thank you" !!!

I don’t know how you baked in Perfezka, but noticed that in Yumka you need to extend the baking time? So I am renewing in "Aurora". Thanks for the tips, I'll try to bake.

Yes...in each cartoon it is baked differently, in Perfezze I baked it for 30 minutes, and in Yummka -65 + 20, you have your own mode in Avroorka, so we adapt. I love this recipe too, so simple and so delicious!

Yes, Angela, the time in Yumka needs to be extended and significantly. Now, when I need to bake urgently (as always, the urgent arrival of godfathers), then this is Perfezzka, if I am not in a hurry and do everything thoughtfully, then this is Yumka
