Chicken in beer with mustard and honey

Ingredients

Chicken legs / large 800-900gr 2 pcs
Bulb onions 2 pcs
Beer 1/3 cup
Russian mustard from Kamis 1 full art. the spoon
honey 1 full tablespoon
thyme 1/4 teaspoon
tarragon 1/4 teaspoon
salt
pepper
vegetable oil 1 tbsp. the spoon
butter

Cooking method

  • Cut the legs in half, sprinkle with salt and pepper and fry in olive oil until golden brown. Put finely chopped onion, chicken pieces in a baking dish on the bottom and pour over with beer. Mix mustard with honey, brush over chicken pieces with this mixture, then sprinkle with thyme and tarragon. Put butter on top. Cover with foil and bake in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for about forty minutes, remove the foil and hold the chicken in the oven for another 10-15 minutes, until golden brown.
