Yes, I did the same there, in 4, 7 minutes in different forms. My child loves such baked goods.

Tanyulya, "Beat eggs with sugar until such a foam is good.
Add eggs, one at a time, and melted chocolate and butter. "

I didn't quite understand about eggs - what to beat and what to add?

Sorry, I fixed it. Print start clumsily

Tanyulya, it happens, as in that joke: "I type quickly, but it turns out such nonsense," I also suffer from this. And thanks for the recipe, I'll try.

Baked for the first time. Therefore, at first I set it for 60 minutes, when I opened it it was somehow damp, well, I probably set it for 40 minutes. Maybe 20 would be enough, but you can't open the lid, don't look, you can look into an ordinary MV and turn it off if it's ready, but here is the pressure. But the baked goods turned out to be sooooo tender, soft, moist, but not sticky and not soggy. In AG I bake for 25-40 minutes depending on what condition I need. The child likes biscuit (drier consistency), and I prefer moist baked goods.
To be honest, I liked this option almost the most, I really also love it for a couple.

Got it. Thank you.
Val
Tanyulya, thanks for the recipe! I love chocolate baked goods and I only made brownies in the oven. And can you describe in more detail how you steamed in MV?

I steam them ... I cook them in a pressure cooker. I put it in portioned molds and for 30 minutes (you look when it's ready, I can't open the lid there pressure). It turns out such damp cakes

Aaaaa. But what about 1054?

Aaaaa. But what about 1054?
In 1054 I can advise Oven level 1 for at least 25 minutes. If Multipovar, then 90 degrees and time 40 minutes, but I didn't do that, it's purely intuitive
Steam cooked Turbo 3 level set 10 minutes, but this is a bit too much, 7-8 is enough.

Tanyush, the daughter set the temperature to 90 degrees and cooked for 1.5 hours.

It is damp inside.

They will try tomorrow. Unsubscribe later.

Thank you so much.

I have Samara lump chocolate, I buy it by weight especially for baking, and when it's not there, I use the most common slab chocolate. A couple of times I bought curly chocolate or chocolate drops. In general, any chocolate that you like. Good luck.

done !!!!! Delicious!!!!!!!
My daughter suggested adding raisins next time!

Dear gurus! I have a question: why, when beating eggs with sugar to the peaks in this recipe (as in other things and in others), baking is not very suitable, less airiness? She made the same brownies by mixing eggs in a blender with sugar, cocoa and butter, only then added the mass to the flour, they were so spread in the oven!
Logically thinking, it should be the other way around, maybe I make other technological mistakes?

In general, brownies should not be very lush, but rather moist. And my brownie dough looks like thick chocolate cream.

And yet Tatyana, at what temperature does your 1010 bake ???

Only the manufacturer knows this. I think that the temperature on the Multipovar is 1010 degrees 100-110 ... well, this is purely according to my feelings.
NataMi
Oh, I didn't immediately realize that there is a second page with comments! Thank you, Tatyana, today I will try to cook a tasty treat according to your recipe!

Hello, tell me please, but how to get rid of this moisture when baking charlotte, for example? Twisted the valve, it did not help.Charlotte did not rise and the dough was brewed
Tanyulya
At 1010, the pastries will always be damp, I baked on the Multipovar with a twisted valve or on the Kasha.
Kara
Tanya, have you tried brownie maker? You seem to have it. Do you think it will work out there or will the dough grow nowhere?
Tanyulya
So far, I'm only in the station baked in the maker, I want to try brownie the other day. The station ones turned out well, they filmed the vidyuha.

Today I tried this recipe. Well done! I baked it in the oven at 180C, I didn’t know the time, really. I should have read the comments to the end, otherwise I baked until the stick was dry. Next time I will try to bake in a micron. I love simple and quick recipes.
Tanyulya
Elena, it's better to bake at this temperature for 20-25 minutes, when it's creamy it's sooo tasty. Love the brownie after the fridge.
Thanks for trying
