Baked potatoes with cheese in a slow cooker

Ingredients

Large potatoes 5-6 pcs.
Salt pepper
Seasoning for potatoes
Rast. butter 2-3 spoons
Garlic
Cheese 50-60 g

Cooking method

  • We take potatoes, peel, cut into pieces, whoever likes it. Salt, pepper and crush with seasoning for potatoes, if there is no seasoning, you can without it.
  • Pour vegetable oil into a multicooker saucepan (I had a mixture of sunflower and olive). We turn on the Baking mode 60 min.
  • We shift the prepared potatoes into a saucepan, sprinkle with garlic (dry or crumble), and three on top of any cheese. Sometimes I even use processed cheese, which is also delicious.
  • If the cheese is not greasy, you can put a few slices of butter on top. We close the lid and wait for readiness. During this time, you need to stir 2-3 times so that the potatoes are fried evenly.
  • Yesterday, 20 minutes before the end, I put pieces of sausage, cut crosswise, upstairs. By the end, they steamed and opened like roses.

Yes, of course, in one cartoon casserole! I just cut potatoes, salt, pepper and stir with my hands in a bowl. I usually use coarse salt so as not to scratch the saucepan with the salt, I mix everything in a bowl. And when the salt is mixed and thawed, then in the cartoon, garlic, cheese and butter are on top. 60 min baking and you're done. Just stir it or it will burn.

I cooked such a casserole in the UNIT pressure cooker on the mode baked goods (porridge), it turns out very tasty, the potatoes come out much more tender than in the oven!

agata116, this potato is more like a baked potato, deliciously saturated with all the spices and aromas of cheese. The cheese is fried into a delicious crust. But if you can't fried, watch for the moment when the cheese melts, but has not yet begun to fry from the bottom.
