Wheat-rye onion bread with sourdough cheese.

Ingredients

Cheese 70 g
Onions (not fried, fresh, chopped) 40 g
Garlic 1 slice
Water 440 ml
Rye bran 7 g

Sprouted rye, coarsely ground 10 g

Cooking method

  • Put all the ingredients in the order prescribed by your cotton, knead - the bun will be in the form of a snail with a house. Proofing at 35 degrees for about 6 hours. Before baking, make cuts and garnish the bread with onions.
  • For me - like this:

The dish is designed for

1 300 g

Time for preparing:

Note

I never thought that bread with fresh, not fried onions would be so delicious! The smell of onions is not heard in the finished bread.
I was also pleased with the structure of the crumb:

I also want to give a link to the recipe from which I got the idea for this bread: 🔗 ... Many thanks to the author of the idea!

Probably healthy bread turns out, useful!
Did you cut it hot? The crumb seems to be raw

Now I can't remember whether it was hot or not.
Bread such and similar, baked with fresh onions repeatedly. The recipe helps out when there is nothing special at home, but you want to bake something original. It turns out well with sourdough.
