Casserole "Three Kinds of Cabbage"

Casserole Three types of cabbage

Ingredients

broccoli 1 swing
cauliflower 1/2 swing
white cabbage 1/4 swing
sour cream 200g
eggs 4 things.
green onion 1 bol. bundle
butter 50g
ground cumin 1h l.
dill. salt pepper taste
hard cheese 100-150g

Cooking method

  • The cabbage was disassembled into inflorescences, the large ones were cut into 2-3 parts, the white cabbage was cut into large pieces. Cooked vegetables in a double boiler for 20 minutes.
  • I chopped the green onion coarsely and then melted it in butter in a skillet under the lid.
  • Then, in a bowl, beat eggs with sour cream lightly, added salt, cumin pepper.
  • I laid out the cabbage in a mold, sprinkled it with grated cheese (some left on the sprinkle on top), laid out the stewed onion and filled it with pouring. Put it to bake in the oven until golden brown, about 20 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top for 5 minutes until cooked.

I love these casseroles too !! I will bake all types of cabbage (which are currently available) and also very tasty green beans. Only I must add a spoonful of mustard (ready from a can) to the sour cream with eggs. It gives a unique aroma, not mustard at all, but very tasty. You can also cook the same thing in a skillet (quick option). First, stew the vegetables with a little water, and then pour the sour cream with eggs, stir for a couple of minutes and you're done! And as for spices, I respect basil more. It goes well with cabbage
