Omelet "Three tastes"

Omelet Three flavors

Ingredients

eggs 12 pcs
squash 500 g
red bell pepper 2 pcs
green onions 4 stems
parsley 4 twigs
dill 4 twigs
garlic 2 cloves
ground nutmeg 1 tsp
vegetable oil for frying
salt pepper

Cooking method

  • Wrap the pepper in foil and bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Allow to cool and peel and peel. Chop finely. Peel the zucchini, chop finely. Wash and dry the greens. Chop finely too. Chop the garlic.
  • Beat 1 pancake 4 eggs with herbs, onions and garlic.
  • 2 pancakes - 4 eggs mixed with red pepper
  • 3 pancakes - fry the courgettes, add 4 eggs and bake a pancake.
  • Each pancake, before frying, salt, pepper, add a little nutmeg. Fry in vegetable oil for 2 minutes on one side and transfer to paper towels. Then put in a pile in a mold, and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

Omela, Thank you dear! If you suddenly want to do it, then, it seems to me, instead of zucchini, it is still better to have green beans, they are somehow dearer there. Zucchini does not give a distinct flavor. It doesn't seem to be felt at all
