Hello gentlemen Breadbakers !!
Help a newbie.
How the quality of bread changes when baking on a fast program relative to the standard one in sd-256.
Who uses what program ???

A quick program is an emergency when there is no time at all, but bread is needed. To get up on fast bread, double the amount of yeast is required .... Do you need it? I don't use this program at all, because I still have to wait two hours ... If it happens that there is no bread and there is no time, then either the store ... or just bake pancakes (anyway, faster than two hours ..)

sasami, on the fast program, the bread is not so tasty. The approach time is reduced.
I don't use the fast one, but the grain bread program takes me 2h30min. I really like her! Dough for the night in the refrigerator and in the morning in the oven. Yummy bread.

If you need a quick check out mine with semolina

Quick bread with semolina in a bread maker.

Always a great result.

I really like the quick one in milk, the crust is very tender (like a muffin), the crumb is awesome!
I put yeast, as usual - 1.5 tsp. 500 gr. flour.

Yeast - 1.5 tsp.
Flour - 500 gr.
Salt - 1.5 tsp.
Sugar - 1.5 tbsp. l.
Sunflower oil. - 20 gr.
Milk - 350 gr. (I like ghee)

Fast bread is heavy, poorly accepted by the stomach, so we gave it up completely.

If we need bread quickly, I cook burgers and hot dogs buns - 45 minutes for the "pizza" mode, half an hour for cutting and raising, 15 minutes for baking in the oven.

I dabbled in the fast mode at the beginning of my era of baking, there was even an extreme in the form of baking four loaves in a row ("fast" + half an hour to cool down).
