Ingredients

Wheat flour 300 g
Rye flour 300 g
Water 370 ml
Salt 2 tsp
Brown sugar
(I took beetle, not peeled)
2 tbsp. l.
Sunflower oil 3 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast 2 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice
(this is half a lemon)
6 tsp
Bran 100 g
Powdered milk (I took baby Nestli) 4 tbsp. l.
Cumin 6 tsp

Cooking method

  • Moulinex stove. Basic program (No. 1). Its working time is 3 hours 18 minutes. Maximum crust. 1 kg

Note

And now I'll make that piece with homemade liver pâté.
