Beetroot bread with garlic (bread maker)

Ingredients

Medium beet 1 PC. (my beet weight was 277 grams.)
Wheat flour. 450 g
Salt 2 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Rust oil 2 tbsp. l.
Beet juice + water 220 ml
Dry yeast 2 tsp
Garlic 2.3 cloves

Cooking method

  • Boil the beets, grate and squeeze. Do not pour out the beet juice. I poured the juice into a glass - it turned out 50 ml. Add water to this glass to 220 ml. Grate the garlic on a fine grater - I took two cloves, because the cloves were large. We load all the ingredients according to the instructions for the bread maker. The crust is “Medium”.

Mode - "Basic"

Today we went to the fish soup and decided to bake this bread. Hurray!

Thank you very much for the recipe. I took it to the bookmarks. I'll bake. Today I decided to bake. The smell is amazing. The appearance of the bread is handsome. True, I had to add flour 3 tbsp. spoons, because the bun was thin, well, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of bran, at the last moment I felt like it. I want to try carrot for this recipe. I think it will also be very beautiful, tasty and unusual.

Yesterday I baked this bread. True, I did not understand - should the grated beets itself be added or not?)) But I added, only chopped them in a blender. I also added walnuts - very much in the subject. and I had to add 80 ml of water. the bread turned out to be large, but in the evening almost all was eaten ^^
