Cooking method

  • beat eggs, add powder, flour, sour cream, slightly flooded butter to them.
  • We put the dough in a mold with sides, I have 26 cm, grease it slightly with oil, I walked with a brush dipped in rast. oil,
  • we distribute with our hands, powder with st. a spoonful of flour and art. spoon of sugar, spread the strawberries on top in a circle.

  • and in a preheated oven 180 degrees.
  • When cool, you can sprinkle with icing sugar.

Time for preparing:

Bake for 40-50 minutes.

180 degrees

Note

It's not even a cake, but a light berry dessert.
It can be baked with plums or apricots, whichever is ripe for the season at the moment.
The dough, after distribution in the form, can be sprinkled with nuts, finely ground finely in a blender.

I would add more sugar (powder), but you should be guided by your taste.
