Shl In the original recipe, flour was added to the dough last. But either my hands are crooked, or I always kneaded too diligently, only little remained of the whipped proteins. Therefore, today I did it differently, first flour, and only then proteins.

The beauty!

What a summer pastry!
Sonadora
Actually, I went to the market for cucumbers, and there was such a cherry ... I could not resist, I bought it.
Aprelevna
What a beautiful cut !!!!
These pies are the most summertime now, I'll bake them too
Sonadora
Aprelevna , I hope you enjoy it.

Beautyaa! It remains to wait for the cherry.
Moskvichk @
Can you do it in duhovka or AG? and how long?
Sonadora
Moskvichk @, can.

In the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees, 40-50 minutes, but it is better to keep an eye on.

Baking in the airfryer, it is the simplest for me, the power is not set (180 degrees). While waiting for the biscuit to be baked, the berries were slightly "overcooked". Maybe I should have covered it with foil, I don't know.

Today I baked a biscuit with cherries, an excellent recipe, the family appreciated it perfectly, ate it in one sitting, dad could not tear himself away
Nice combination of sweet dough and cherries.
Natashulya
Yes, I forgot to write, baked in email. oven, bottom and top heating, t 180, about 30 min.

And a piece from me to you:
Cherry Sponge Pie (Panasonic SR-TMH18)
True, I did not do it with powdered sugar, but with sugar, so the dough is sweet, but the sour cherry complements. Sprinkle cinnamon on top (in front of the cherries). And sprinkled the cherries with coconut on top.
Baked in a multicooker DEX-50 for 45 minutes.
Sonadora
Natashulya, Keti , thanks for the reviews and for the treat! I am very glad that you liked the pie.

Here's what my oven "slows down" I knew, it always bakes in it a little longer than others ... But so that there is also a cartoon ...

In my cartoon, the default baking is 45 minutes. It counts quickly. And since the dough was liquid, and the cherries were juicy, I did not dare to turn it off earlier. Although the crust was fried well (like a cookie), it probably could have been turned off earlier.

And if you use not fresh cherries, but pick from jam, will it work?

And if you use not fresh cherries, but pick from jam, will it work?
it will turn out of course, only the liquid needs to be drained, but with fresh cherries it is cooler, they give sourness, and the jam is sweet and the dough is sweet - it will be sugary!
Natashulya
Girls, I baked it again today, it's worth until tomorrow, because I had samsa today https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=98570.0.
Both times I made it with sugar, both times the dough was like thick pancakes, I smoothed it out with a silicone spatula, I just put the cherries on top, during baking the cherries were half drowned in the dough.
Sonadora
I don’t know where my head was, but I only remembered that the whites need to be separated from the yolks when I was driving the last egg into the butter and sugar mixture.
After scratching the top and thinking that this would not work, 0.5 tsp flopped. baking powder and then flour.
I put the dough in the form, on it halves of apricots (300-350 grams). Baked in a cartoon.

Cherry Sponge Pie (Panasonic SR-TMH18)

The pie turned out to be slightly different in texture, fragrant and tasty.
I recommend trying to bake this option as well.

And this one baked with cherries, the berries turned out to be sooo juicy!

I'm baking cherry pie for the 3rd time! Thank you very much for such an easy and delicious recipe! Now I think I can bake a few pies while there is still a cherry and freeze ... then at any time you can eat a slice of a cherry pie :)
Sonadora
Yukasas77, to your health! I'm glad I liked the cake.
I've never tried freezing biscuit pies, so I don't even know what it will be like after defrosting.
Maybe it's better to stock up on cherries?
AlisaS
And I baked such a delicious pie in the oven

Cherry Sponge Pie (Panasonic SR-TMH18)

It turned out delicious, delicious!
Thanks for the recipe!
Sonadora
AlisaS , the pie is just a lovely sight!
I am very glad that you liked it.

Man, and is the weight of the cherries in the recipe gross (with seeds) or net (without seeds)?
Sonadora
Crochet

Inna, gross.
But usually I buy more because someone will crush some of the pitted cherries while I make the dough.

gross.
I knew it!
Okay, I've already picked out the bones, it remains to wait free cash until the cartoon is free ... and boom the oven!
Sonadora
Boom wait.

Sonadora, thank you very much for this delicious pie. This was my first multicooker bake and it worked out and baked wonderfully. True, for some reason, the cherry (there was no cherry at home) drowned.

Manechka, well, here's a huge thank you! Mine liked it so much, liked it so much ... they said the cherries should have been more current ... but what, next time I'll "draw" maybe more, it's a pity ...

Joy what a lush biquit!
The berries could drown because of the size (if they were large, the cherries are a little lighter), if the oil was with the addition of vegetable fats, it gives a thinner dough consistency, or if the proteins were not whipped into a strong foam or stirred too much when they were introduced into the dough, but, judging by the texture of the biscuit, the latter option disappears. The biscuit is very beautiful! I'm glad that the first pancake the pie in the cartoon was not lumpy.

Innus, the beauty! And what a tall one!
I also always want to put more cherries, but I'm afraid it won't bake.

Girls, thank you for such beautiful reports and kind words.
nina1973
Today I baked your pie, the family really liked it
Thanks for the recipe
Sonadora
nina1973, to the health of you and your family!
ppcd
Tell me, please, how do you get it out of the multicooker pan so that nothing falls out and everything remains intact?
Sonadora
We take out the saucepan from the multi, insert the steaming device (the one that comes with the cartoon) and turn it over.
ppcd
thanks for the answer. Did I understand correctly that in the end the cherries are still head down? and then you turn the pie over and that's it? cherries do not fly out?
Sonadora
No, cherries do not fly out, so feel free to flip.
ppcd
all, thanks a lot ... all the same, this is a lack of a multicooker with "taking out" the finished product from the saucepan ((((okay, boom), thanks)
Milda
Manechka, thanks for the delicious pie! I baked according to your second option, with frozen black currants! Everything was baked perfectly, although there was a lot of juice from the berries.

I'll bring the photo tomorrow, it's time to tell my grandson a bedtime story!
Sonadora
Svetochka, I broke my whole head, I remembered what kind of second option it was ...
I had to go to the first page, reread. I counted three options there!

The first is when proteins are the last to intervene.
The second is scientific. First proteins, then flour.
And the third (just for such sclerotic as me) - with baking powder.

What did you do?

Quote: Milda

I'll bring the photo tomorrow, it's time to tell my grandson a bedtime story!
I will wait and hope that I liked the pie.
Milda
Here's the third, it turns out! An option for those who have already put butter in the bowl of the combine, but forgot to beat the whites and were too lazy to get the mixer. Made with baking powder. Berries were poured directly from the freezer on top of the dough. There were about 200 grams of berries.
It turned out very tasty, the dough is sweet and sour berries.

What a handsome pie! A photo with a piece is something! I just want to bite off a piece!
Quote: Milda

Here's the third, it turns out!
Let's go to ShuMakher together.
Milda
Yeah, let's go, if we don't forget why and where
Altusya
Manyushka, thanks for the simple recipe.
The day before yesterday I made a charlotte with cherries. Well, I can't get an air test. Always dense and tough.
And here is just beauty, like a cupcake came out.
Very and very tasty, and most importantly soft and airy dough.
Sonadora
Olga, to your health! I am glad that I liked the cake, despite its simplicity!

We must also bake, just a pound of cherries in the refrigerator dangles from shelf to shelf ...
valvery
Oh, what a beauty !!! and nothing complicated !!! We will try!
Milda
And I was crying, I opened the cartoon after 1 hour and 10 minutes - and there the batter swayed. I extended the baking for another 35 minutes. What's wrong? : pardon: What will happen?
Crochet
Svetul, and with tension atsho namana? Otherwise, it can be different ...
Sonadora
Svetochkahow is the pie? And the cartoon, okay?
Milda
Oh, girls, I don't know about tension. After 20 minutes, when the oven warmed up, I moved it to it. When I rearranged, the surface of the pie has already grabbed. I pulled a handsome man out of the oven! I think that the cherry was very large and heavy, it all settled to the bottom. Juice, apparently, gave a lot. On the cut - super! But I only have a photo of a whole pie, I took it to my parents. And there were unexpected guests, I was ashamed to take a picture with them. But all of them unanimously declared that the pie was delicious! Manechka, this time did it according to the main recipe, as it should be! Thank you again for such a delicious cake

Shine, it's good that everything worked out!
I defrost the cherries for this cake in winter, let them drain and roll them in starch.
