Chicken fillet in batter

Ingredients

Chicken breasts 4 things.
Salt taste
Chicken spices 1/2 tsp
Fresh dill 1-2 tbsp. l.
Frying oil
Batter:
Mayonnaise 4-5 st. l.
Water 50 ml
Flour 6-8 st. l.
Eggs 3 pcs.
Salt taste

Cooking method

  • Cut the fillet into slices 1-1.5 cm thick. Beat the fillet thinly through the plastic.

  • Add salt, spices, finely chopped dill to the meat, marinate while preparing the batter.

  • Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat yolks, mayonnaise, water, flour, salt with a whisk until smooth. Beat the whites until thick foam. Add proteins to the dough and mix gently.   • Dip the pieces of meat into the batter, mix gently.

  • Pour oil into a frying pan, heat until hot.

  • Take a piece of meat with a fork, dip it in the dough, gently put it in a hot pan. Bake on both sides until tender and golden brown.

Suddenly I remembered that I did such meat periodically, and such pieces are eaten in one fell swoop. Delicious and satisfying, they look beautiful.

There was some batter left, I had to use it.

I cut onions 0.5 cm thick, apples into 0.5 cm thick slices.
I dipped them into batter, mixed them gently. She spread the slices with a fork into a hot frying pan.

It turned out to be a wonderful garnish of onions and apples! I recommend trying it!
