Spring morels, fried with onions

Ingredients

Fresh morel mushrooms 1 kg
Bulb onions 2 pcs. average
Salt pepper taste
Fresh potatoes - boil
Green onions for sprinkling
Vegetable oil
+ creamy for frying
1-2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Pour the mushrooms with cold water, let stand for 1 hour, so that the sand from the mushrooms crumbles into the water.
  • Spring morels, fried with onions
  • Wash, peel the mushrooms. carefully separate the caps from the legs, cut the caps in half lengthwise, the legs in two.
  • Boil the water, lower the mushrooms and let the mushrooms boil, the mushrooms cook quickly.
  • Drain the mushrooms in a colander and drain.
  • Cut the onion into half rings into strips.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add onion and fry a little until soft. add mushrooms, mix and fry with onions until tender for 5-7 minutes in time, stirring occasionally.
  • Meanwhile, boil fresh potatoes, drain the water, dry.
  • Put boiled potatoes on a plate, put fried morels next to it, sprinkle with green onions.

Delicate and fragile mushrooms.

It should be borne in mind that there is a lot of sand in morels, so they should be well, but carefully (so as not to break, very fragile), rinse in water, then boil quickly - then the remaining sand will go away with water.

But the mushrooms are delicious! Spring!
