Tangerines in batter

Ingredients

Wheat flour 130 g
Eggs 2 pcs.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Sugar 2-3 st. l.
Water 3 tbsp. l.
Orange liqueur 2 tbsp. l.
Vanillin pinch
Salt pinch
Tangerines 4-5 pcs.
Oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Cooking batter.
  • Mix all liquid ingredients, whisk,
  • add salt, sugar, vanillin, flour - mix well until smooth. the dough will turn out to be liquid.

  • Disassemble the tangerines into slices, remove the seeds.

  • Put the tangerines in the batter, stir, let stand while the pan is heating up.

  • Heat the oil in a frying pan until hot, dip the tangerines in batter with a fork on the butter and fry until golden brown, if there is not enough oil, add more, let it warm up to hot.

  • Put the finished tangerines on a plate, you can sprinkle with icing sugar
