Spinach noodles

Ingredients

Noodles 225g.
Chopped frozen spinach 225g.
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Butter 50g.
Natural yoghurt 150G.
Soft cheese 100G.
Lemon juice (not put) 1h l.
Salt pepper taste
Nutmeg 1 \ 2h. l.

Cooking method

  • Defrost the spinach. Drain off excess water.

  • Boil the noodles until tender in boiling salted water (I have two types of noodles: regular and with spinach). Drain the water.

  • Fry finely chopped onions in oil until soft without discoloration.

  • Continuing to fry, add spinach, fry for another 5 minutes.

  • Add yogurt, cheese grated on a coarse grater, lemon juice, salt, pepper, nutmeg and heat, stirring over low heat, without bringing to a boil for another 5 minutes.

  • Stir the noodles well with the cooked hot sauce and serve immediately. (otherwise the sauce will thicken and difficult to mix).

  • What can I say ??? When I boiled the noodles, there were so many of them that I thought. we will have a week !!! How !!! Together they dared in one sitting !!! Recommend!!!
