Ingredients

zucchini 1-2 pieces
cottage cheese 200 g
sour cream 1 tbsp. l
garlic 1-2 cloves

Cooking method

  • Very simple and fast.
  • We take the zucchini, cut it lengthwise, with a shredder grater it is fast, pour the "tongues" with salt, drain the released liquid. Fry. I don’t have such a beautiful grill pan as in the video, I did it on a regular one, I smeared each “tongue” with a brush dipped in oil and fried it. She laid out a paper towel.

I make zucchini rolls, but a little different. I remembered the case of how I prepared my rolls, and then just suddenly their relatives suddenly appeared in Slovakia. They eat, it means, they praise, but they do not in any way become overwhelmed by what exactly they eat. In general, until I said that these were zucchini, they were at a loss.
I fry the zucchini in batter, then spread them on one side with mayonnaise + garlic, put a piece of fresh tomato on the edge, and roll it up. Not the most dietary dish, of course, a bit greasy, because mayonnaise + frying in batter, but it's delicious, damn it!
