Potatoes with celery, chard and beets

Ingredients

Potatoes 1 kg
Tuberous celery 150 g
Boiling water 100 ml
Butter 20-30 g
A mixture of chard leaves and beets
"Belaya Dacha"
1 pack
Salt, freshly ground pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Peel the celery and cut into small pieces.
  • Potatoes with celery, chard and beets
  • Add potatoes, salt, water just to cover the vegetables and boil until the vegetables are ready, drain the water.
  • Mash the potatoes coarsely with a fork, add hot milk, butter, mix.
  • Add fresh chard leaves and chopped beets.
