Ingredients

Lavash thin 2-3 pcs
Egg 3 pcs
Kefir 400ml
Sour cream 2-3 st. l.
Sulguni cheese 200 g
Adyghe cheese 200-300g

Cooking method

  • Beat kefir, eggs, sour cream and mix. Cheese trm on a grater. At the bottom of the bowl we line a sheet of pita bread, sprinkle with a mixture of cheese and pour a little pouring. We tear the rest of the pita bread into pieces (I cut it with scissors), soak it thoroughly in the kefir mixture and put it on the cheese. And so we alternate, cheese, pieces of soaked pita bread.
