Ingredients

Whole grain flour (Belovodye) 300 g
Wheat baking flour 250 g
Semolina 70 g
salt 1 tsp
Sugar 4/5 Art. l.
Powdered milk (vegetable cream) 2 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 5 tbsp. l.
Egg whites 1 PC
Kefir + potato broth 320 ml
Yeast Saf-Moment 1 pack
Coating: Yolk 1 PC
salt 1/4 tsp
Starch 1/2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Mix liquids, salt, sugar, butter, protein, milk powder and semolina until smooth.
  • Mix dry flour and yeast. Add flour to liquid and knead the dough. The consistency of the dough is slightly sticky to the hands (very soft, slightly spreading bun)
  • Let it stand until an increase of 1.5-2 times. Crumple. Transfer to a mold, cover with a towel and let it stand until doubled in size. After proving, grease with a coating and let "Breathe" without a towel for 5-7 minutes Bake at a temperature of 170-200 degrees 25-30 minutes
