Note

Source here: White bread with mint (oven)

I brewed 2 250 ml mint tea bags. water, next time I will put 4. You could add 5 drops of peppermint essence, but a good thoughtI like a grill ... in general, next time I will add ... I diluted yeast with sugar in half the amount of mint tea, and not water like the author's.

She kneaded the dough in HP and sent it to the refrigerator to spend the night in a bucket. My dough stood in the refrigerator for 8 hours, during which time it (the dough) rose to the very top of the bucket (and I have it far from small, it is designed for a 1.5 kg loaf). Then I formed a loaf, put it in a mold covered with baking paper and left it for proofing at room temperature for 1 hour. Baked for 40 minutes, until golden brown.

Wonderful bread !!! Tiny crust combined with downy crumb ... Highly recommend !!!

Interesting. I'll bookmark it for now.

Innochka, if you brew fresh mint instead of mint tea, how much mint should you put? And yet, one egg? , did I understand correctly?
