How thick should the juice be?
* Gulya *
I took the usual store juice packaged, most likely reconstituted from tomato paste.
afnsvjul
oh, I forgot to ask, should there be juice with salt or unsalted?
* Gulya *
my juice was not salty. if you bought salty. then the amount of salt can be reduced to 0.5 tsp, even then I thought and decided. that thick tomato juice is juice like kefir, if you buy a liquid one, then you can completely lay down 330g and do not add water.

Here is a photo of a kolobok before adding onions, herbs and cheese and after:

Thanks for the recipe! Sooo delicious! Everyone liked the bread. The mother-in-law generally said that he smells like pies with egg and onions.
The only thing is that the roof has fallen a little. But here I am to blame. At the beginning of the batch, it seemed that there was little liquid. HP began to moan. I got scared for her and added three tablespoons of water. And when I added herbs, onions and cheese, the bun became sticky. I had to add more flour. Apparently not enough added.
Baked on the program "Whole grain bread", 4h. 35min.

Girls, and everyone who made bread according to this recipe got a clear bun ??? For some reason, I swam a little bit, I had to add flour, but how much I can't say for sure - until I got a kolobok, although it was not clear, but rather glib and creeping !!

I only use 300 ml tomato juice and do not add water, otherwise the bun turns out to be watery and sticky, and the roof falls off when baking. If the onion gave a lot of juice, I also add a spoonful of flour. But in all my recipes, in fact, ~ 20 ml of water is required less. Either the specifics of flour, or HP.

What is "make a kneading spread"? Just take the same ingredients, but kneading in a food processor, proving on the table or in the oven, baking in the oven - that's it!

Tanya, I meant how many times it takes to defuse him,
after all, a program operates in the bread maker that does all this by itself.
And if I knead with a combine, then how much should I mix?
If not difficult?)))

Check out here an example of baking bread completely by hand in the oven https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=135460.0

The principle for all wheat bread is:
- kneading
- the first proofing of the dough at a temperature of 28-30 * С until the dough is doubled
- kneading dough
- placing the dough in a mold and the second proofing of the dough at a temperature of 28-30 * С until the dough doubles

Thank you!

It so happened that I baked without onions, cheese and herbs, instead of them I put 2 teaspoons of hops-suneli and baked in the Basic mode. The bread turned out to be super tasty, now I want to bake as in the recipe.
