Raspberry pie in sour cream filling

Ingredients

Dough:
Butter 100 g
Sugar 150 g
Wheat flour 300-350 g
Eggs 2 pcs.
Baking powder 1 tsp
Filling:
Fresh raspberries 1 tbsp.
Fill:
Sour cream 25% 200 g
Sugar 150 g
Starch 1 tsp
Butter for greasing the mold

Cooking method

  • Prepare the dough. Grind the softened butter with sugar until a white fluffy mass. Continuously stirring, add eggs one at a time. Then gradually add the flour sifted and mixed with baking powder. Knead to a homogeneous smooth dough. The consistency is soft plasticine.

  • Put the dough in a greased baking dish (I have a silicone d24cm), forming the sides. Put the raspberries in one layer on top. I have my own raspberries, so I didn't wash them. If you wash raspberries, then dry them well.

  • While the cake is baking, prepare the filling. Beat sour cream with sugar and starch.

  • Pour the prepared filling over the hot pie, let it cool and refrigerate for about 4 hours to soak.

Time for preparing:

about 30-40 minutes.

Cooking program:

Bake in an oven preheated to 180C

Sour cream is just needed thicker and fatter, so that the fill hardens better. The capacity of a glass is a relative concept and depends on the size of the handicap. The larger the shape, the more raspberries will go and vice versa. The main thing is that the raspberries are in one layer.
