Schnitzel Greetings from Jerusalem

Ingredients

Chicken or turkey breasts 500 g
Chicken egg 3 pcs.
Mayonnaise or sweet mustard 1 tbsp. l.
White roll 300 g
Sesame seeds 3 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Beat off the breasts very thinly, it is better through a polyethylene bag. Sprinkle with spices (no need to salt!). Beat eggs in a bowl, add mayonnaise or sweet mustard.
  • Freeze the loaf, then grate on a coarse grater, add sesame seeds.
  • Dip the breasts first in an egg, then roll in flour, then again in an egg, then in a grated bun.
  • Fry over medium heat in vegetable oil. When heated, put 1 teaspoon of coarse salt in the oil.
