Zucchini casserole

Ingredients

young zucchini 1 kg
hard cheese 150 g
onion 1 PC.
egg 4 things.
vegetable oil 30 g
flour 200 g
baking powder 1.5 tsp.
salt and parsley taste
boiled chicken fillet 150 g

Cooking method

  • The zucchini season is in full swing and I want to offer one of the dishes cooked in a cartoon of these vegetables I adore. Believe me, this is delicious!
  • So, peel the zucchini and grate it on a coarse grater. Salt a little and squeeze out excess juice (use the juice for baking bread). Finely chop the onions and fry until golden brown in vegetable oil. Grate hard cheese. Chop the parsley. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes.
  • Mix all ingredients until smooth.
  • Grease the bottom and sides of the multicooker pan with vegetable oil, put slices of zucchini on the bottom. Pour the squash dough.

Note

Delicious both hot and cold. I think that if you put boiled chicken liver instead of chicken fillet, it will be even brighter in taste. Serve with sour cream.

But 1 kg seemed to me a lot, I made from 0.5 kg - that's 2 pieces. And with a height of 2-2.5 cm it turned out. I think that a whole kg (it would be 5 cm) would not be baked. And so delicious. Thank you.
