Ingredients

Salt taste
Cheese (I have good melting suluguni) 100 g
Sour cream (not sour, fatter) 2-3 st. l
Butter 50 g

Cooking method

  • I boiled rice on the High pressure mode, when ready, added butter, sour cream and cheese, mixed everything thoroughly and left it on the heat.
  • Risotto

Of course, you can't call this a classic risotto, well ... it's not risotto, but it's sooo tasty (well, for me personally)
Well, duyuyuzhe tastefully, butter and sour cream enveloped the rice, the cheese melted pleasantly to a state of stringiness .... mmm .... really sooooo satisfying and high in calories. Recommend.
