Peach jam with pectin

Ingredients

peaches 1 kg
sugar 800 g
gelatin or gelatin 1 pack

Cooking method

Now I'm cooking it in slices .. and the next one I will make from light peaches.

I did 2 servings. One of the varieties is black prince - the jam is amber. and the second of the regular light peaches is light jam.
I also want slices, I have already found a recipe so that the slices remain intact, so that it could be used in baking.
