Wheat flour

Dry yeast1 tsp
Dry. milk1 1/2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method


  • I have been baking bread with the addition of Hercules for a long time, but I don't add honey. I took as a basis the recipe "Wheat bread" from "Panasonic" -253 and instead of 450 g of flour I add 400 g of wheat flour + 50 g of oatmeal (for a small loaf). The bread is lush and tasty. You can add bran or wheat germ flakes instead of Hercules. Then the ratio will be: 420g flour + 30g bran or 30g wheat germ flakes. The bread is tasty, but low and less "fluffy". I will give here without changes the recipe from the book for "Panasonic" -253, it may be useful to someone.

I forgot to write that I bake bread with oatmeal in the "Basic bread" program (4 hours), and if I add bran or flakes of wheat germ, then in the "Diet bread" program (5 hours).

Lanca, of course, you can substitute olive oil for butter. For this size of bread, 2 tbsp will be enough. l. olive oil.

I did everything strictly according to the recipe, but added vegetable oil. Well what can I say - excellent, as always. The crust, color, smell ... the whole apartment is saturated with a delicate oatmeal smell. I am sure that the taste is just as great (I cannot cut it yet, I just pulled it out of the HP).
