We bought a Bork x500 bread maker. We arrived home. Wipe it down. We chose the first simplest recipe - Traditional white bread. We covered everything we needed. Launched.
First, we looked to see if the dough remained in the corners (somewhere we read in passing that it was necessary to peel off with a spatula). Everything seemed to get mixed up by itself.
We are sitting - waiting for it to smell of burnt plastic (read reviews on the Internet).
0:41 - until the end of the program. It smokes, all hot, but there is no particular smell of plastic. There is a smell like any new thing. But not strong.
We are waiting for what will happen next.

P.S. This is our first bread maker. Bought - 4 hours ago.
ohoho
25 minutes before the end of the program - the smell of bread began to appear. It is stronger than the smell of plastic!

I will definitely look through! everything is very interesting, I really love to cook! I want to make sure that they didn't make a mistake with the purchase, all the same, the finances cost more than they expected (they wanted 5000-6000r and it turned out almost 9000) when they bought terrible reviews on bork, but after examining visually, they stopped on it in terms of reliability. Why, where the lid is closed, they do not make an iron surface (because of this there were experiences) one thing is shown in the videos and another in the stores. Then the choice of the company for what to pay for the name or for the quality? I would like to pay and buy a real thing, than save something financially for dubious quality.

Bread Maker Bork X500

everything is baked! the smell of only bread! delicious! crispy crust! hot! natural! (I pulled it out early, I had to leave it to stand, but still very tasty) now I will bake rye!
I'm very glad that I bought a bread maker! and who about bork who writes nasty things, then they are just trolls or make bread from what is not clear!

Hello!!! Advice is urgently needed! My history of acquaintance with Bork is the same as that of most on this forum. I followed the Panasonic ... I bought IT, now I don’t know what to do, I am very biased towards the stove, after what I read here, I look for flaws every time. The experience of baking is small, I used LG for about a month, but the stove is not mine and must be returned ... therefore, an expensive purchase was made. The essence of the problem is as follows:
1. The smell of plastic, I have been using it for three days already, I think that for almost 9 thousand I have the right not to suffocate and not wait until everything disappears (although my mother almost does not smell the smell, but I feed my baby, the sense of smell is heightened).
2. The viewing window fogs up, so I don't see anything at the mixing stage, I open the lid (then why was it done?).
3. The noise is decent, you can't turn it on at night.
4. There is flour in the corners, but I confess whether it was so in LG, I did not even pay attention.
It seems that baking is not bad, but the recipes from the book, of course, can only be thrown out, respectively, the question arises, why did I give such money?
There are problems with the exchange in the store, the stove has already been used, if there is no marriage for another, they will not be replaced (the seller, of course, convinced of the opposite). Although the above is a marriage for me. Now I don't know whether to adjust to the HP, wait until the smell disappears (how long to wait?), Or turn it over to the store and take a Panas ...
Juice
I have been baking bread in Bork since January, I never smelled of anything, I tried many recipes from the Bork book, everything I baked turned out very well. Having studied the entire forum, especially the wonderful tips and master classes of Admin, I sometimes adjusted the recipe, and everything is OK.The fact that the window fogs up is already at such a stage when it is no longer possible to redo something, therefore it is not worth looking at. And in general, it often happens that you get used to one thing, and then another is not enough. You, of course, had to buy LG, if you already got used to it and liked it. But don't be discouraged, the oven is good, you will adapt and enjoy the baked bread.

I! I'm a troll !! I think that the bork technique does not correspond to its pricing policy! Very stylish and beautiful technique! I agree to all 100! But the quality is below average. It was tested on its own microwave oven, which was bought 2 times more expensive than other microphones with the same parameters; a year later, 4 thousand rubles flew-repair. From my sister the same thing, they bought it almost at the same time.
Why give 9 thousand and wait for the smell of plastic or not, makes noise or does the flour stick there?
sorry if offended ..
Tasja
My window sweats at the kneading stage, but when the baking is all right, only then there is really nothing to watch. Today I tried bran bread according to the recipe from the site, it looks like very much, if I can post pictures, I'm waiting for it to cool down. But the smell when baking was mixed with plastic, the bread does not smell, thank God. The stove begins to like its ease of operation, but if the smell does not disappear by the end of the week, I will give it to the store.
Tasja
Why give 9 thousand and wait for the smell of plastic or not, makes noise or does the flour stick there?
Unfortunately, I read all the reviews about the stove after the purchase ... now I will be smarter

Bread Maker Bork X500

It crumbles a little, but this water was apparently a bit too much; during kneading, I added rye flour instead of wheat (I had already removed it from the table, it was too lazy to get it).

We already tuned in to Bork, just like that in stores in chorus the sellers praise, they are so reliable and simple .. Then I read reviews on the market. Then we went to their website .. I was surprised when I found out that it was a Russian company. Looks good, of course. But the enthusiasm was gone ((

Cool stove, stop whining. Nothing we overpaid. The build quality is not bad, other models have more breakdowns than Bork. Two buckets (one costs 1-1.5 thousand rubles), metal body, touch panel. Remove all this and 4.5-5 rubles will remain .. And he cooks well, if you can't, then read the forum about the kolobok https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...tion=com_smf&topic=7271.0

I am very glad that I took Bork, and not Panasonic, Mulinex, Elji, I regretted one thing that I bought early did not wait for a new model at Bork with a dispensary, and even if I used take one stove and take the same, of course, if you read a lot of nasty things about the stove, then you will look for everything bad, not good. !!!

Hello everyone! I don't know what kind of "passions" they say about the BORK X500, but we bought it and did not regret the money spent. Everything turned out the first time, the plastic did not stink, the bread turned out great.I really liked the presence of 2 forms and programming. I am very happy with my HP.
Marina_A
We recently bought x500, spontaneously.
It stank nothing. But from the recipes according to the book - there is always flour in flour; otherwise, you will not see a bun. The very first time I fell for a recipe - with apples and nuts ... I threw it away. Then nothing, although I can’t figure it out with yeast, I won’t use dry yeast anymore, and with raw yeast I can’t determine the ideal dosage. The most ideal bread with cottage cheese turned out when the ingredients were laid based on someone's recipe, but "by eye".
And now a question for the experienced:
Citizens! Dear! Who has already written their program?
At x500, the weight of bread is either 750 or 900g. That's a lot for us. I want to prescribe my baking program for a light weight, 350 grams. But I have no idea how long each stage should last. Help write a program for a small weight of bread!
Matilda-N
Marina_A if you bake with ordinary yeast, not dry, then the calculation is for every 100 grams of flour -2 grams of yeast !!! If the dough is rich, the yeast can be increased to 2.5 grams per 100 grams of flour !!!

Marina_A, welcome to the forum! with the purchase of you!

question - have you read the topic on a kolobok? Help for beginners on our forum? I baked the first year without weights at all and everything turned out great. And now I continue. I measure out the bread with liquid. You need more - pour more, less less ... everything else with spoons and by eye ... The main thing is to study the topic
Marina_A
Goodnight!
Thanks for answers. But I am more concerned about the timing issue. In a sense, halving the ingredients is not a problem, but will bread not burn if a 350-kilometer oven is the same as a 750-gram oven? Since my stove has the ability to write a program, maybe I did it and share my experience? Or maybe someone has ovens for a low weight of bread and you can tell how many minutes are the stages for the main mode?
ps: I read about koloboks after I threw out the notorious brick "with apples and nuts", about which it was written more than once on the forum. So far, the following regularity has been revealed: from wheat flour, bread is obtained with an excellent shape, even "by eye" and even non-dull; with rye flour - always a failed crust, even with a bun. Another regularity - from dry yeast and unattended bread only for discard.

Marina_A, rye bread has a completely different bun! Read Rye tips.

Quote: Marina_A

But won't the bread burn if the 350-gram oven is the same as the 750-gram oven?
Of course it will burn. It is necessary to reduce the baking time by 15 minutes. Unfortunately, I have never used programming. She simply forcibly turned off the HP when the bread was sufficiently rosy. By the way, for small breads it is better to use a small round bucket. and yet, the minimum amount of flour for HP is 250g. The instructions do not say this, but I read about it somewhere.
Marina_A
Yeah thanks!
And, what do you think, in which section you can create a Temka for carve-up with the advice of those who prescribed the User Program for their stove?
Omela

do not regret :) it seems to me that the old one is better, especially considering the price and quality. 3-4 thousand on top, but in fact only a dispenser and signal sound control have been added. And the new model looks more cumbersome. I looked and looked and made a decision in favor of the earlier one :)

In the new model, besides the dispenser, two weights for bread of 500g are added. and at 1250 gr.
Vanya28
You have a good stove!
I read what you write.
There are a lot of fantasies due to lack of knowledge and experience.
Baking bread in your model is very simple,
if you understand
what baking bread consists of dough,
you need to learn how to cook

and actually baking process,
where everything is 3 parameters,
- rise time, temperature and baking time.
Possibility of individual adjustment to the recipe
easy to learn from baking rye custard bread
in my subject.
It is very easy to bake pure rye bread.
Come in and study.
And the roof of your bread will not fall through.

This is not entirely true.
The buckets are similar, the paddles are different (the x800 has a foldable + rubber for making jam), the programming possibilities are greatly expanded and + nine own recipes, and + fast temporary, at one time, edit any of the 12 built-in programs as needed.
Adjustment of baking temperature and dough raising temperature,
turning off the kneading, adjusting the temperature and time of juice separation when making jam.
Characteristics of the x500 model in programming mode here

Kneading 1 (kneading dough 1):
6-14 minutes
LIFT 1 (increase the volume of test 1):
20-60 minutes
Kneading 2 (kneading dough 2):
5-20 minutes
LIFT 2 (increase the volume of test 2):
5-120 minutes
UNDER LIFT 3 (increase dough volume 3):
0-120 minutes
YOU OVEN A: 0–80 minutes
BEFORE HEATING (preheating bread):
0-60 minutes

They don't even come close with the capabilities of x800.
Bork x800 has little similar characteristics to your model,
more convenient and advanced.
All the people described his capabilities the other day,
read for reference on page 3 of the topic about x800.

But do not be sad, possibilities x500 nevertheless
highly enough for most recipes.

Hello! I am a beginner, I also recently bought a BORK X500, baked 4 breads, everyone's hat sat down and their hat fell through, I am in a trance! What is the reason? The last time I watched a kolobok, the kolobok was good, but the hat still fell through, what is the reason?

Hello! They brought me a stove. I bought flour and yeast. I'll bake it right now!
According to the instructions, you need to wipe all components. Damn, how to take a bucket out of the stove?
Omela
Musha , welcome to the forum! The bucket must be turned slightly to the left and pulled out. And to insert, you need to get into the groove and turn, on the contrary, to the right.
Musha
Thank you! I just had to apply a little force, but I was afraid to break!
Right now I will decide on the number of ingredients and press the coveted "Start" button. I'll go to another Temko.

I thought of turning it over and shaking it, but not waiting for it to cool down. He fell out himself without a stirrer.

Good day!!!
Tell me please:
Bork breadmaker x500 measuring cup how many grams of flour does it contain?
Lely
Good afternoon everyone !! Bork bought yesterday, the bread turned out - surprisingly. I read that not everyone succeeds the first time. The only thing: the crust is already very light and not crispy. Please tell me what is wrong.
Now about the stove itself: everything is convenient, well thought out, but there is one negative point - the smell of plastic. the bread itself does not smell. Hope it wears off ...
Mary_S
And I have my first bread maker - Bork500. The third piece of bread turned out to be successful. I am slowly mastering the recipes from the site, because like recipes from the "native" manual - they do not stand up to criticism! As, however, and the Instruction manual ...
In this regard, a question for experienced bakers: How quickly do you need to remove the bread from the bread machine, after the end of baking? Immediately, and wait an hour wrapped in a towel? Or leave it in the oven? But then, it seems to me that it will get wet due to the internal moisture ... She took out the last bread at once, wrapped it in a towel and left it to cool on the wire rack. But the roof fell ... Although it did not affect the taste!
Help me please!
grand
Hello everyone. I, too, am the owner, I am not sure whether only happy or not, HB BORK 500, I have baked bread more than once, I am also confused by some strange smell, although the bread itself does not smell, I thought it was because of dry yeast, the instruction of course leaves much to be desired the best, I haven't met anything worse, it turns out the bread, then - no, I haven't reached the ideal yet, but I think that the problem is more in me and in flour, when I began to use flour MARIA RA, the bread became better, in general, I'm just learning, thank you so much for advice,. I’m waiting for the new kitchen to be installed, I’ll start the practice right away, my hands are itching, I’ll share my experience with pleasure. And what about buying BORK or not, in my opinion, this is just a matter of taste, marriage is everywhere, to compare with such cheap brands as SCARLET, etc. - this is for deletants who generally buy only low-class equipment. Maybe BORK and the Russian brand, so what, I liked the design, the materials used are worthy, in my opinion it is stupid to equip a low-quality unit in an expensive case, it is not cost-effective, pay attention - the same SCARLET - the quality of plastic is the cheapest. And BORK is a standard unit packed in a more expensive case - that's the price, that's why we take it, metal has always been and will be more expensive than plastic, so PANAS. or BORK is just a design. By the way, I have been using the BORK juicer for a long time, it works great. looks stylish, the metal is of good quality, there are no traces on the case, in the fall I bought an air cleaner and also BORK. stylishly and effectively cleans, every week I clean the filters, but the air humidifier, though cute, white, but stands silent, the water is harsh, you need to buy water filters, otherwise the white bloom remains on the furniture.
I apologize for the long tediousness, but I want to dispel the clouds around BORK, -not super-super, but not shit, expensive - yes, but the price also depends on the top material. At one time, I also read all sorts of nasty things, I was very worried that I bought very expensive shit, but no, everything is in order, everything is OK, so BORK, BROWN, TEFAL, PANAS are just a matter of taste. By profession, I am generally a merchandiser - a braker, so I understand something a little.
Sorry for the controversy.
Mary_S
Another question about the instructions ... Program "Baking" - means ONLY baking, or kneading dough too? I have kneading and proofing in this program ... Or am I using this program incorrectly?
Question: How and what should be pressed to ONLY bake a product? And can I set my own ONLY baking time?
Something for a long time I get used to this bread maker ...
Omela
Mary_S , program no.10 Baking, means ONLY baking. To set the time, press the Time button. Single press + 1 minute up to 1 hour.
Mary_S
Thank you dear Omela!

I baked bread today according to the recipe Tatianyshka from this thread: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...ion=com_smf&topic=80290.0
And here's what happened:

The gingerbread man was pretty, smooth, and soft! The bread rose and the roof did not fall.
I cut it already almost cooled down, slightly warm, 1.5 hours after baking. She took it out of the bread machine immediately and wrapped it in a towel. But. The crumb does not expand after squeezing. And you feel the imperfection ...
What's wrong? I didn't change anything in the recipe.

Mary_S, in fact, you need to cut the bread after it has cooled completely. And no need to wrap in a towel. You need to put it on a wire rack (for free air circulation) and just cover it with a towel on top if you want the crust to be softer (by the way, you don't need to cover it). I can assume that your bread is just damp. Moreover, in 1.5 hours, anyway, it had to cool down completely.

Is this your first bread or have you already baked it? What program did you bake on? Can you see the appearance of the bread ???

What's wrong? I didn't change anything in the recipe.
Here's your recipe:
Kefir 300 ml
(if liquid, then a little more and vice versa)
Wheat flour 550 g
Brown sugar (honey is possible) 1.5 tbsp. l.
Salt 2 tsp
Vegetable oil (olive or corn) 50 g
Dry yeast 1.5 tsp.

Kefir is not water, you can easily guess with liquid. And I could have risen from 550 grams of flour, and a little higher.
What program did you bake on? Everything must be written down. Then you can make corrections to the recipe or program. Your stove can bake at maximum for 80 minutes.
Tell everything and they will help you faster.
Mary_S
Vanya28, Thank you!
I'm finishing it. Baked on program 1 - Basic mode, medium crust, weight 900 gr.
And the morning brought adjustments ... The bread is cut perfectly into thin slices. The crumb does not spring perfectly, of course, but still ... This is the first successful crumb, and I am glad for it! Now I realized that I will only cut completely cooled bread!
And the thought does not leave me that I need a program layout ... I wonder if there is such a plate? Or will you have to "drive" your stove and sit over it, writing down the minutes?
And one more question for the owners of Bork500: - Is it possible to stop the program manually? How do you do it?
To my shame - I don't know how to unlock the panel ...

Omela, this is my fourth bread. I used to bake rye, now I am growing sourdough for the next one. I want to bake bread without yeast and rye, and wheat ... For this I purchased HP.
I really liked the look of the bread!

But about the program otanovka ... here "plug" ... I went on purpose, turned on the stove ... Until the "Panel Lock" is turned on, you can stop using the "Start / Stop" button, and as soon as the "Key" lights up , everything ... The panel does not react to either the "Backlight" or "Pause" ...
That's why I ask owners this HP, what secret can there be? Say a magic word, for example?
