In the presence of electricity, receive flour from 🔗 the easiest way.
We poured grain into the bunker, the mill is running, and you are doing other things in the kitchen.

Stone millstones in all electric mills.
Corundum is fused into the ceramic mass. This is a very hard alloy, durable and wear resistant. The noble corundum stone is a high-pressure compressed and heat-treated stone block that has been used in almost all stone mills since 1985.

They handle any dry grain... Even with peas and corn.

Electric home mills
Grinding degree adjustable for all mills smoothly.
This makes it possible to obtain not only the finest whole grain flour for bread, but also coarse grits for cereals.
Housing most mills are made of wood and treated with hard wax or natural oil for long-term protection. No special care is required.

Electric home mills
But there are also Hawos Novum plastic mills in different colors.

Electric home mills
Performance mills are different.
This is expressed in the rate of grain grinding in grams per minute. Depends on the power of the motor, on the set degree of grinding and on what exactly you are grinding.

The twin Hawos mills (Billy 100 and 200, Mill 1 and 2, Queen 1 and 2, Oktagon 1 and 2) are classified according to their application.

For a small family the first steam mills are suitable:
360 watts = average performance compared to 125 g / min.

For small bakeries and shops the second of the pairs:
600 watts = average performance compared to 220 g / min.

The motor is protected against overload.

Low heating during grinding protects the grinding - vital materials are preserved and not "burned".
Oily grains and plants

Oil-containing crops such as nuts, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, mustard, etc. can only be grinded in mills or grain mills with metal rollers or millstones. These are the Jupiter mill, Messerschmidt, Diamant D 525 and grain mills.

Millstones are quickly clogged with such crops, however any of the mills shown here can grind small amounts of these cereals mixed with grain or rice.
Difference between mills sold on the German and Russian markets

The hawos company produces mills that are shipped abroad in the so-called "export version".

Mills sent to Russia are equipped with engines of a special technical design, more sophisticated and modern. The assembly and inspection of all parts and assemblies also undergoes intensive control before the mills are exported. The mills are delivered to German shops in a "lightweight" version.

Hawos mills are shipped to us directly from the factory, which means our customers have the advantage and get better models. However, all hawos mills, both export and German versions, have a 10-year warranty.

I would be glad to answer your questions about electric mills in this thread!

I personally use the Hawos Oktini mill.

It would be nice if there were a photo of how it was arranged. What could be done by yourself.

The price of space is 314 EUR for a mill ... unrealistically expensive, although it may be of super quality ..

I bought the very first mill in the line and honestly expected more. the store did not give instructions in Russian, I had to look for it myself and the grinding regulator at the mill constantly moves out, it is not fixed, although I adjusted it with a screw. grinds not finely enough

A year ago I bought myself a Hawos Easy electric mill. I use it often. I was happy right after the purchase, I am happy every time I use it. We do not have whole-grain flour, and if they do sell, then the price is cosmic. And I wanted my own flour. I buy wheat in the market, sort it, wash it, dry it and then grind it. Now I can make any flour I need, even corn flour (it's expensive too).Recently they sent me wheat from the Republic of Belarus as a gift! The bread turned out to be noble! Basically, I bake bread from homemade flour on rye eternal leaven. Everyone eats with pleasure, even children.
I also have an Eschenfelder AB benchtop grain press, I took it with the mill. She made hercules, and mostly took it for making cereal bars. I took different grains: wheat, oats, rye, + nuts + honey + flaxseed flour + butter + sometimes candied fruits or dried cherries (I don't like raisins). When you crush these grains with this crusher, you mix everything, and under a press, you get a kind of snack bars, instead of store sweets. And I add more cereals, honey and oil there for gluing, mostly. Because of the nuts, the taste of cereals becomes invisible, and everyone who has tried it does not immediately guess the composition, that there are many crushed cereals, they taste masked by nuts. The goods were purchased in Germany through an intermediary last spring. And then the amount seemed cosmic, but I wanted normal flour. So my holy husband grumbled and sponsored the purchase, which we have never regretted. I really want the crisis to disappear and for a long time (it is possible for good), and so that other people could fulfill their old dream - to buy a real mill.

In Russia, the final prices for these mills are sky-high.
