Royal cheesecake with vanilla

Ingredients

For the dough: butter 100gr
sugar 0.5 tbsp.
flour 1.5 tbsp.
Filling: curd 2 packs
eggs 2 pcs
sugar 0.5 tbsp.
Vanillin 1package

Cooking method

  • All the products intended for the dough are rubbed into crumbs with our hands, add half a packet of vanillin, mix, the dough is ready.
  • Mix the filling with all the ingredients, add the remaining half of the vanillin bag. We take cottage cheese of any fat content or fat-free.
  • Lubricate the multicooker bowl with oil, spread half of the dough norm on the bottom, level it, gently pour it out with a spoon, evenly filling.
  • Pour the filling with the remaining half of the dough-crumbs.
  • After readiness, put a double boiler on the bowl, turn the cheesecake over and put it on a plate. This cheesecake was prepared by our grandmothers! Bon Appetit!

I was looking for something to make with cottage cheese: syrniki-sloths (lazy dumplings) - casseroles were already tired.
You have less butter in your dough than in other recipes, which is nice. I'll go create! :-)

Cartoon! I bake a cake for 60 minutes on the program and hold it for another 10 minutes ... depending on who has a slow cooker, it may take less time in the oven for 40 minutes.
