Ratatouille

Ingredients

bulb 1 PC.
garlic 1-2 cloves
olive oil 3st. l
red and green bell peppers 250gr
eggplant 250 g
zucchini 250 g
meaty tomato 250gr
salt pepper
dry herbs
tomato ketchup 200 g

Cooking method

  • Peel the onion and garlic, chop finely, put in a glass or ceramic dish and simmer under a lid for 3 minutes at full power (in my microwave it is 850W).
  • Peel the pepper, rinse, cut into strips. Cut the eggplant and zucchini into slices. Sometimes I do without zucchini. Cut the stalk of the tomato and cut into cubes. Put all vegetables in a bowl with onions and garlic. Salt, pepper, sprinkle with spices (I like Provencal herbs).
  • Cook covered for 5 minutes at full power, stir and cook for 15 minutes at half power. During this time, mix 2 times.
  • Add ketchup and stir well, cook until tender in 3 minutes at full power.
